About
My name is Emily Bridges and I live in the seaside town of Shoreham-by-Sea in West Sussex, England.
I have always lived by the sea and it has always been a huge influence on my life. I could never imagine living away from it.
When I was a child my parents owned a holiday home in Lyme Regis, Dorset. It was there that I first discovered my passion for driftwood. Everytime we went to stay in Lyme I would insist on going to visit a gallery which specialised in driftwood art.
But, it wasn't until two years ago that I made my first driftwood mirror. That creation now hangs in my bathroom and encouragement from friends and family to continue making them has led me to where I am today.
All the wood I use is washed up on my local beaches after winter storms.
I can make mirrors in all different shapes and sizes, so if you can't see something you like then please contact me with your requests.
